Synopsis

This book entitled “Illuminating I am Lama Tsongkhapa Reborn after Six Hundred Years: Mula-Kaewa-Karika” is a personal biography of Professor S. Niggol Seo who revealed, in his own words, “I am Lama Tsongkhapa reborn after six hundred years of utter peace” since December 2023. He revealed this at the age of 52 through the publications of the Four Ornaments to Je Tsongkhapa’s Lamrim Chenmo: Buddha, Wisdom and Economics (January 2024); Protecting Nature with Buddha’s Wisdom (July 2024); The Economics of Singularities of Science Elucidated by Buddhist Thoughts (December 2024); Elucidating the Sustainable Political Economy of Buddhist Nations (May 2025). This book is entitled “Illuminating…….” because it illuminates his six revelations since December 2023.

At the same time, this book is a Buddhist treatise on rebirth. As such, it is subtitled as Mula-Kaewa-Karika, which means Root Verses on Rebirth. Mula is root, Karika is verses in Sanskrit and Kaewa is rebirth in Tibetan. This book is the first treatise on rebirth and reincarnation in Buddhism.

This book is written in the karika format of the ancient Buddhist writings, which means root verses. It has auspicious 108 verses spread across nine chapters, with each chapter 12 verses. The titles of the nine chapters are Auspices (Ch. 1), Birth (Ch. 2), Life Events (Ch. 3), Meeting Je Lama (Ch. 4), Retinue (Ch. 5), Revelation (Ch. 6), Four Ornaments (Ch. 7), Reflection (Ch. 8), Fulfilment (Ch. 9).
